@ Devs, Sorry folks but I already bought everything for this game with my steam points! How about making some frames with an Exiled and Island theme?

I noticed when Steam brought out that little shop, that Firefall has stuff in it… and the company that made that game has been dead for years.
Depends on the contract that Steam and the devs made. Seemingly if the company behind Firefall is dead, then steam / valve probably got their hands on it and kept adding things because it kept giving money to steam / valve. Its a good move, why trash something that still has value? Funcom doesn’t seem to be dead but their could be some kind of contract that if steam points is used Steam will reimburse Funcom in some way?
