# Kicked, and unable to rejoin after dying?

Hello, each time I join a new official server, i am able to join, make my character and do just about everything else until my character dies…after that point i am disconnected, and receive an error reading “The Battleeye Service is not running properly, please restart the client”

Each attempt to re enter the same server also gives me the same error…so it’s become impossible to resume any progress in any sense…is there any way I can fix this?

We’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling battlenet, turning off my firewall, cleaning any malware on my system…nothing seems to be helping this issue, unfortunately.
