Kicking does not have any affect with Havoc and Malice

Basic Info:

Bug Description:

Kicking with Havoc and Malice does not work, it is either missing a hitbox or just does not register. Tried on other players on other servers, does not work.

Bug Reproduction:

Hold Havoc and Malice and then try to kick something.

They also don’t do bleed damage, at least for me.
