Killed while logged off in the house - exploit?

Official server PVE-C EU #1213, so no mods or anything. This didn’t happen to me, just a few clanmates. 3 people were logged off in a house that’s completely enclosed, with walls, doors, and a roof. However, they logged in today to find themselves spawn naked at their spawn points with half HP, as if they were killed.

I don’t know what happened, but if buildings don’t protect from PK on PVE-C servers, that defeats the whole purpose. I’ve found a possibly related report here: https://www.reddit.com/r/ConanExiles/comments/8k1bcs/bugplayers_being_able_to_glitch_through_your_base/

Of course I know Funcom is very sorry that this happened, and that they can’t do anything to have my clanmates regain items, but I’m not interested in apologies or anything. I’m interested in this becoming impossible as it should, fast.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

1. Have someone be in a space that’s completely inaccessible due to lack of building damage.
2. Get in anyway, kill player, steal their hard earned items.

First:
Some players seem to have encountered the issue of being able to run into homes. And even get trapped inside.

Second:
Where is that house built? Do you get that any extreme heat or cold will kill you because perks wont work while offline?

It’s just north of the first river, never had issues with heat or anything. It’s never happened before, so it shouldn’t be because of the temperature.

I don’t know if it was accidental.
I know of someone who could hold a grudge, and know full well where the house in question is located.

I had the same problem on PVE only server (Official 1030) a few days ago.
So: no, it wasn’t another player! It was a bug!

I logged off in my house with full water and food, and also not before a sandstorm. Then after lunch i logged in again and… naked at spawn with no items!
