Kommonde 64 missing

I went into the robostore and went up to collect the artifact. as i went up i collected some scrap and was attacked but polis robots. During the fight the table which the Kommonde 64 was on blew up making a hole in the floor. After the fight I looked for the artifact but it was gone. I tried to reload the save, but it saved at the end of the fight.

I tried to leave the area and come back. The table was fixed but the artifact was still gone.

this is the last one i need to get.

I have the same issue with Defribrillator at House of Bones. Grenade punched a hole making the artifact disappear… causing it irrecoverable.

I’m wondering if they intended artifact destruction to be intentional. It’s not something that’s intuitive in this type of game, though.
