Lag, stuttering and memory leaking

Since yesterday noticed increased lag, stuttering and huge memory usage by the game whenever multiple workshop inventories have been opened or multiple tasks are set to complete (e.g. multiple blacksmiths running jobs, multiple carpenters, etc). Lag and stutter does not go away after tasks are finished, RAM usage continues to increase permanently until the stuttering turns the game unplayable.

Tried removing all mods (currently using only Pippi Mod and Seed Mod) and absolutely no change, still the same issue. Again, running on single player only, issue only started yesterday.

That is an odd one. Sending it to our QA and see if they can reproduce it on their end.
