Yes, and Ill shell out 5K for a top of the line gaming rig to run 4K graphics and ultra settings just to play Conan on super low with zero render distance. Makes total sense.

So lets take the wonderful idea and make a rule that says that on the lowest settings, with the oldest platform, that if a base causes you lag, you can report it. That way everyone else that is not affected by that laggy base will also have to curb their building styles to compensate. Makes sense.

So one base makes you lag a bit, and youre ok with it, the next base makes you lag and rubberband and thats too much.

Whatever happened to “a violation is a violation”? I think youre starting to understand others points of view now, that maybe in some cases, not everything is worthy of reporting. End of the day you have two options that you literally just said: report it, or ignore it.

Sort of like when I said:

To which you replied I was wrong. Now youre claiming the same again. Love it.

However, this ^^^^^ is a bannable offence which falls under the building restrictions, which in game tells you you are banned for abuse of the land claim system.

No, but blocking resources is also a bannable offence under the building restrictions, and in game, you are banned for abuse of the land claim system.

No, and its not even a violation of the ToC anymore.

Now heres the thing. Define “big”, do you mean the entirety of a grid? Yeah Ill agree thats big and can be called a violation due to land claim (preventing people from building) Is “big” a 40x40? Ill say thats in no way a violation. It would only be a violation if it violated these things:

  1. causes performance issues on client or server side (lag) OR
  2. prevents people from building (OR)
  3. blocks valuable resources or content (OR)
  4. You wall in other people or spiderweb…which no one will deny is a violation

It doesnt have to violate ALL of them. ONE of them is enough. Literally the exact thing Ive been saying all along. Just because you walk by and get a frame rate drop doesnt mean its a violation. Just because you want to build there doesnt mean its a violation.
