Laucher hook on "Importing Existing RDB Hashes"

Hello fellow Secret Society members,

I’d wanted to look back into SWL but my game wont start. After a fresh and clean Windows 10 Pro Install, (drivers and Tools freshly downloaded from the officials websites of each) my game wont start anymore (Steam Vers; Vanilla). Ending up on one Core on CPU on full load during “Import Existing RDB Hashes”.

it always took around 30+ min to finish that “Importing RDB Hashes”

i hope someone can Help me on that.

System Specs:

Wondows 10 Pro 1803 (October Update)
ASUS Sabertooth Z77
Intel Core i7 3770k @ 4.5GHz (1.27v)
KFA² Geforce GTX 970 EXOC 4GB @ 1.5 GHz Core, 3.8 GHz Memory
2x8 GB Corsair Venegance LP @ DDR31600 CL 9
Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD (System and ferquently used Games incl. SWL)
