Launcher patchnotes directs to bad landing

Bug Description:

Clicking the Patch Notes in the PC launcher goes to a web page that doesn’t exist.

Expected Behavior:

Should take you to the patch notes for the version of Conan Exiles you are using (live/Testlive)

Installed Mods:

N/A

Steps to Reproduce:

Open Funcom Launcher, click on Patchnotes.
