Subject: FORMAL NOTICE – REQUEST FOR IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE

We, the undersigned members of the Conan Exiles community, hereby submit this Formal Notice requesting the immediate investigation of repeated reports involving suspected exploitation of game vulnerabilities by the following accounts:
- Character: “Pirigueti” – ID: Tyranus#36994
- Character: “Lia Romba” – ID: Helmeted Dog#59083
- Clan: Odeio Boludos
These accounts have been repeatedly reported by multiple independent players for allegedly possessing abnormal character attributes, including apparent maximum values across all attribute categories while remaining at Level 61. If confirmed, such circumstances would be incompatible with the game’s intended progression system and may indicate the use of exploits, glitches, or other unauthorized methods prohibited by Funcom’s Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.
This complaint is not based solely on isolated allegations. Numerous reports have been submitted by different members of the community over an extended period. Despite these repeated reports, the suspected conduct appears to continue, resulting in serious concerns regarding the integrity of the game environment.
The continued presence of players who may be benefiting from unauthorized advantages directly affects the balance of gameplay, undermines fair competition, discourages legitimate players, and negatively impacts the stability and reputation of the official servers.
As the developer and operator of Conan Exiles, Funcom has both the contractual authority and the responsibility to investigate credible reports of misconduct and to enforce its published rules consistently and impartially.
Furthermore, consumer protection principles recognized in several jurisdictions—including the principles of good faith, transparency, and equal treatment in contractual relationships—support the expectation that published rules will be enforced uniformly. Players who legitimately invest their time and financial resources into the game reasonably expect that violations affecting competitive integrity will be investigated and addressed.
Accordingly, we respectfully request that Funcom:
- Open an immediate formal investigation into the accounts identified above;
- Review all available server-side logs, including but not limited to character progression, attribute allocation, experience records, administrative actions, database integrity, and any abnormal account modifications;
- Determine whether exploits, glitches, unauthorized software, or other prohibited methods have been used;
- Apply the sanctions established in the Terms of Service and Code of Conduct should any violation be confirmed, including permanent account suspension where appropriate;
- Restore competitive fairness within the affected server by taking any additional corrective actions deemed necessary.
We further request written confirmation that this complaint has been received and that the reported matter is being investigated through the appropriate internal procedures.
This notice is submitted in good faith and is intended solely to request an impartial technical investigation based on credible reports from multiple members of the community. We expressly request that Funcom preserve all relevant server logs and account records necessary to ensure a complete and accurate review of the reported conduct.
Failure to investigate repeated and credible reports of suspected exploit abuse may undermine player confidence in the consistent enforcement of the game’s rules and the integrity of the official game environment.
