Impressive. Did you build it in the snow, uphill both ways…jk. Yeah. I once farmed iron all the way from gods claw thru star gazers and had ran out for inventory room. another time, a clan mate and i cleared wood in the mounds until we were both full on inventory to see who could do it first. The poor newb who built their had a siht shack tucked in all the trees. When he returned it was like a lumber company had come thru with bulldozers lol.

Really? Sounds Indeed pretty OP to me.

I’m still struggling to understand why. I understand why people want to nerf max enc perk when it comes to stuff like this:

I’m not sure if I can agree with it, but that doesn’t matter since I’m not a PVP player, so my opinion doesn’t count in this case.

But I never really understood what people had against optimized farming. If we could talk about what the imbalance is, maybe we could find a way to balance things properly, other than just nerfing the max enc.

Then again, that’s a topic for a different thread and I don’t want to hijack this one. I’ll open a new thread about it when I have the time.

Yeah it was. Oh no problem at all CodeMage! I did ramble on a bit there. I do sometimes struggle to explain what I am trying to convey at times. :innocent:

I agree. It needs to be adjusted back upwards to at least some degree. I am reluctant to throw definitive numbers around, but it needs at least some level of readjustment.

Really!? Are you absolutely certain about this one beyond a doubt? Because if this is true, then for the first time I am beginning to understand and acknowledge your calls for it to be dialled down. 10 HP per second is extremely high!

I now feel that it should be adjusted back up slightly to 1 HP per second. Honestly at this point, giving a Thrall a stack of Grilled Steak or for that matter even will heal them faster than this. The time has come to readjust the Lifeblood Spear.

Honestly, I don’t like what LBS does to PVE. It dominates the choices when it comes to healing. If it’s reinstated, I hope Funcom doesn’t just give some of its healing effect back and leave it at that.

Here are some ideas on how it could be better balanced:

  • Make its healing effect were inversely proportional to the wielder’s health percentage. The closer the wielder is to full health, the slower it heals.
  • Make healing with it decrease its durability.
  • Make it have a reservoir of health that starts empty. Using one type of attack (e.g. light) works like a normal weapon, but part of the damage it deals is used to fill up the reservoir. Using the other type of attack heals the wielder.

In PvE I think the value was more in how it quickly healed thralls, but that’s really kind of moot now too.

They’re kind of useful, in the sense that they don’t weight anything.

If you want to carry a spare 1-Hand weapon for your Truncheon-wielding thrall, for when killing is needed, then it’s an OK weapon to carry that won’t count against you encumbrance.
