Like half the servers just go down with no warning

Can we get any word on that?

Update

We just released a new Hotfix

my server is still missing from the listing, in fact both that I play on are missing.

Can you tell me the server number? I can check with the team.

1105

Finally some good f food. Thanks for these fixes, they were the main thing that nerved me the most.

I got 1 minute warning while ingame

Seems the server appears as full. You can change the server viewing settings and select:

  • Show invalid servers and Show full servers

The warning should appear 15 min before the servers go down. Can you report this through the help center as well? :woman_bowing:

Seemed a big hot fix.

well i can tell you the server is probably not full. so thats an issue by itself.

#1050 PVE Eu is down also. I ve sent a ticket to ask about it  … Its not showing up on the list at all

EDIT: ok I ticked “invalid” and “full” and its now showing as 40/40 with 9999 ping 3 times??

mine just went up. But yes that was the issue I was having. I have no idea what would be causing this, i don’t think it’s an actual server outage.

Consolidating player issues into one thread does not improve visibility or really solve any issue. In fact it’s counter productive and I’d ask that you not advertise your thread inside of mine. I hope that’s cool.

No worries at all, I understand your point. I’ll avoid reposting my thread here. Thanks for clarifying.

All good man, it’s really nice to see staff taking such an active role in addressing issues, after such an extensive and notably free update. The last thing I’d want is for all of the issues to just get shoved into a thread, we already had zendesk for that for basically the 8+ years we’ve been playing this game. You know what I mean?

I understand you, and I actually agree with your point. My intention wasn’t to centralize everything into a single thread, but rather to replicate reports across related threads, so we can keep adding to the list of issues and help push toward a response.

The idea is simply to make sure the recurring problems are visible from different angles and experiences. But I completely understand your perspective as well — Zendesk and tickets, the classic struggle :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:.
