While I think your Bazaar prices are excessive and have to date boycotted buying anything from there (I do own all the expansions), if you want a sure-fire way to get my money, this would be it.
You mentioned a stage in passing for the bar in the livestream. Work with artists whose music would fit the Conan universe to create an NPC band for the stage that plays songs you license from them. Then sell the individual bands in the bazaar.
The issue might lie in the copyrights or author rights depending on the country they sell it to, for in-game purposes. I play an other game hosting songs. Some players can hear the music, some players cannot. Some can buy the music, some cannot. There was even the case of the license being paid at first, songs were bought by the players, then the hosting platform stopped paying for it. The players got stuck with tracks they had paid for but would not work for them anymore. It is very tricky.
I can only imagine it could work if the copyrights do not belong to the artists anymore, but 100% to Conan. Otherwise, we will probably have the customer support answering:
"Our game licenses the rights to music tracks from a broad range of entities. In some cases, it has been impossible to secure all the required rights in all nations, worldwide. Because of this the label (or other licensing entity) prevent us from playing that specific track to you. This why the Music Store automatically prevents you from purchasing some songs. We want to avoid users purchasing songs that they cannot play. "
