The recent hotfix unfortunately did not solve the major server performance problems.
At this point, many players are noticing the same pattern:
Heavy rubberbanding
Thralls teleporting
Delayed interactions
Massive ping spikes
Server instability getting worse with player activity
And one thing still remains active: Living Settlements.
The more populated the server becomes, the worse the lag gets — especially around large bases with many active thralls constantly moving and recalculating pathfinding.
Several players and private server admins are already suspecting that Living Settlements is one of the biggest causes of the current server instability.
Please consider temporarily disabling Living Settlements on official servers to properly test server performance.
Right now, server stability should be the priority.
I created this thread on the official Funcom forum to centralize technical reports and real issues currently affecting Conan Exiles, especially after the latest update.
Main topics covered in the thread include:
Instability on official and private servers
Severe lag, high ping, rollback, and desynchronization
Hackers, exploits, undermesh, and illegal bases
Server fragility and infrastructure-related issues
Progression loss, long queues, and performance problems

The goal is to gather evidence and concrete player experiences in one place, using clear descriptions, screenshots, and videos, to increase visibility and help the responsible team properly assess the issues.
If you are affected by any of these problems, please add your report with a clear focus on the errors you are experiencing. Well-structured and technically focused feedback has a much better chance of being reviewed and used as a basis for fixes and improvements.
If possible, please repost your report or share your experience through this link so everything can be centralized in one place. Thank you very much for your support.
