Greetings Exile,
Thank you for your report. By any chance, do you use any software aside to assist with its configuration?
If so, have you tried updating it or disabling it while you tested it in-game?
We await your reply.
Thank you Mayra. I do not use any additional software with my mouse, it is a regular corded USB mouse. I also tried another spare mouse I have and the issue persists. I have confirmed left click works as intended in other UE4 games such as Ark. Let me know if I can provide any more information and I appreciate your response

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. When you check the keybindings settings what do you see in the attack slot if you restore it to default?
Have you tried to reassign the key to the LMB itself again?
We hope to hear back from you.
When I restore to default, it returns to LMB, but LMB does not work. If I change it to something else, such as hyphen (-) or any other key, it does work. I have tried assigning attack to another key, and then changing it back to LMB, but it did not work. Unfortunately no other keys I’ve tried are convenient enough for attack to where I can respond as quickly and not die

Hey,
We appreciate your patience while we try to troubleshoot this issue.
Could you perform one last test before we proceed?
Please delete the following files
In:
Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
you should delete “Input.ini”
And in:
steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Config
you should delete “DefaultInput.ini”.
Once both are deleted completely, try to verify files and once it’s done give it a try in-game.
We hope this does the trick.
