After the Mar. 9 hotfix I have been unable to play due to load screen crashes. I have been able to get on my toon, but every time I try to travel my game crashes to desktop.
Do you have any mods installed?
Could also be some of the usual Dx9/11 shenanigans or the windows game bar problem.
No mods. All other games working fine. Seems to be only tutorial and savage coast story advancement.
Is it between zones only or does going into solo instances also cause a crash?
It sounds like you can get into the game, but crash after trying to change zones. Do I understand this correctly? There are a few things I can think of that might be causing this, but can’t really say one way or another without a closer look. You may want to make a petition for help with this in-game.
