Loading player constructed items

The loading of player constructed items is obviously a fault in the game - For example, you can have a ton of explosives on you and be ready to nuke a base but find out that there’s nothing of value in it because you saw through the walls before the walls were loaded (how did that pass release?)

Suggestions:

  1. Find an In-memory Cache solution to loading your buildings so that they’re not constantly retrieved from the database for every player that walks by them
  2. Find a way to flag walls, foundations, and ceiling tiles (wedges and blocks) as a higher priority than all other items and load them before everything else in the same general area.

this is supposed to be fixed on next patch. Walls will load first, then all place-ables and such.
