Female Berserkers seems to be the best bet for female tier 4 fighters. There is guaranteed berserker spawn in accursed camp at the center (also random fighter spawns there can also become berserkers) Berserkers have a chance of being female (although males seem significantly more common). It’s the same camp that Dalinsia has a (very low) chance of spawning so you check for both on same trip.

I’ve got a Dalinsia in several places. So far she seems to have a spawn in each camp. I have got her specifically from Coldheart Ruins, she was standing at the top of the stairs. Also at Leyshrine of the Birdmen, she was in the basement. In her place, I have also got a lot of other named fighters, they have more HPs, but have a lower melee multiplier.
For Accursed Shieldwrights, there are two.
Either:

A random armourer only spawns in Watch Tower; that might be the most consistent place to farm. However, any of the random crafter spawns can also spawn them. Up on the scaffolding in Towerwatch Keep is two random crafter spawns that can also spawn them. Also, to the west is a camp higher up that has 3 spawns; two crafter/berserker spawns and a fighter/named fighter spawn.

I only have seen Dalinsia ones and it was in the main citadel area.
Here is my latest experience with farming Heker blacksmith in singleplayer.
Camped his spawn spot for close to 2 hours yesterday not a single spawn of Heker.
Tried again this morning in a second spawn waive (so within like 15 minutes) Heker spawned.
Based on above my personal experience is that Heker is random spawn in singleplayer.
There is camp just under watchtower.
You were looking for tempersmith and you can get it there, not shieldwright
EDIT: His respawn time exactly like the one Heker. 60-75 mins.
And he is Paket of the Hammer, not Werk.

I’m having a tough time finding a temperwright. Anybody know a way to just go get legendary repair kits? I have a few but I can’t remember who dropped them. They are pretty rare on Siptah

Hey I just did the same thing. I need legendary armor repair kits. I’ve farmed the camp below the tower a dozen times. No luck. Anybody know where a shieldwright is?
Not sure I made it clear before, but all named blacksmith and amourers can make their respective legendary kits now. Just put Heker on the tinker bench and see.

I just put my T4 Master Amorer Tialus, a scoutwright, in the tinkeror bench and no option for legendary armor repair kit appeared.
My bad, Herker works for sure, but apparently the rest of the crafters can’t make a legendary kit other then the tempersmiths.
He definitely can right now, I have him on my tinker bench right now. Hopefully, they don’t nerf him.

I’m not clear on where Paket of the Hammer is spawning. Is that the middle of the north east island near a lake?
Thanks, that is what I thought.
I tried going into Single Player and checking that camp and cleared the camp repeatedly with instant respawn setting. However, I never saw any additional spawns even after 20+ clears. There is one crafter there, which could spawn an armourer, but it is a universal spawn for all crafter types.
