Bug Description:
The combat thralls and pets are missing
Bug Reproduction:
Logging into the game it takes me to the mix match mods page. I double checked with the admin and the server is up to date. My mods are up to date as well. I check off the two boxes below, the game restarts and I log in. All of the combat thralls and pets are gone. Not just me, it’s effecting the rest of the players on the server.
Funcom only get involved on Official, un-modded servers, or with bugs that affect all servers after updates, etc. As the issue reported in here is not a general issue, you will need to include more information such as whether it is only you affected on your server, what the log file states regarding the despawning, that (if you are not the Admin) the Admin has not done anything to the Decay settings, etc.
If these are your only mods:
The ‘Navigator’ mod was last updated 2022 - though no messages suggesting it’s causing issues.
’ Nat’s Trees’ mod also not updated in a while, but more an Admin tool from the look of it, and no interaction with Followers - NPC or Pets.
‘Emberlight’ shouldn’t affect thralls, and certainly not affect despawning of them (I have Emberlight on my servers and no issues there).
Thank you for the info. I am not the admin on the server so I will have to check with him about the decay settings. I didn’t think the mods would affect thralls but he removed them anyway. It solved the problem logging in but not the missing thralls or pets. It has affected all players (4) on the server. I log in every week . The weekend before last I tried to log in and couldn’t. The admin said there was some kind of small update and to try again. I was able to login in but the thralls and pets were gone. Hopefully we will find a solution. Thanks for your help!
