Started playing the game about 3 weeks ago. In that time ive played about 200+ hours. Needless to say im loving the game and would like to continue playing. I currently have a problem though that im not too sure where to go to get resolved.
Ive reported what I can already and Ive read the post about how funcom manages official servers and understand the difficulty in being able to properly moderate those servers. With that being said, on official 1590 we have a clan that has undermeshed under the pit and salted the brimstone spawns with foundations and large wells to avoid players from being able to farm.
As a server we all agreed to treb them down after our reports were not being answered but this clan has a sister clan that is preventing players from clearing the foundations.
At this point, a once full popular server has a player count of 6 which is a far cry from where it was 3 weeks ago. I read the rules and griefing a server is against them. Who do I need to reach out to in order to get these rules enforced? Is there a way to clean up these griefed resource spawns?
I wont name any names but Im sure an admin from funcom can log into the server and check/confirm whats going on.
