Loseing hours on single player

Game mode: Single-player
Type of issue: Bug, Performance, Other
Server type: * single player
Region: whole map
Hardware: XBox 1X

Bug Description: when charictor dies, game wont reload at spon point. Count down finished to 0 and it continues without loading. Have to restart the game.

When logging off, I have a similar issue. Where it says ots disconnecting and never disconnects. And when i log back in i have lost an hour or more of progress.

1. Charictor dies or I log out
   2.wait for count down to respawn or dissconnect.
   3.10-20 min in i have to close the game
2. Log back in, i lose hours of progress.

I have now also this problem. I can’t save my singleplqyer game. It is big disappointment for me. With no saving this game is not playable. Please, does somebody any guides how i can fix this bug?
