Lost a Riptide Spear Adding it To a Box?

See title. How do I submit a ticket for this? Extremely rare items just POOF when adding from hot wheel to a box. My clan leader is going to crucify me and event log says nothing. Sad panda.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Have item in hot wheel
  2. Open box
  3. Select empty spot in box
  4. Open hot wheel, and attempted to add the Riptide spear to the box.

Is this happening at all times and with any item type that is transferred through that method?

If you logout then back in, are the items still missing from the container?

Not reproducible. Yes I logged back in immediately to confirm because I assumed it was a temporary bug requiring relog.

Checked all boxes. Basically I opened the box, and attemted to transfer the item directly from the hot wheel to the box.

Just was able to successfully transfer a torch to a box directly from hot wheel, as well as swap with a torch to hot wheel. So cannot reproduce it.

I was convinced it was a temorary bug that simply required a relog. But to my horror, this appears to be permanent, and I have no explanation for the owner of this item, who will require my blood as payment if I cannot return his spear. halp…
