Bug Description:
I have lost the ability to Learn any new spells from the Thaumaturgy bench. i was playing on my Xbox series S when wife told me to play on her new Xbox series X so i did and switch systems to have a soother game play since she was not using it. after switching systems that is when i notice that the ability to craft new spells was missing. I have tried to Clear cache on both xbox S and X, also tried to uninstall and reinstall the Game on both systems. this did not work either.
Bug Reproduction:
made new character on different server and repeded the about and seemed to repeat issue
