I am sorry to say that it is extremely unlikely that Funcom will do anything to return your lost thralls. You appear to be yet another victim of the ongoing debacle that is ‘Living Settlements’, which has deleted many thralls possessed by many players. Funcom has been notified and has acknowledged that they are aware of the problem, but they ‘are trying to find a fix that doesn’t require them to temporarily turn it off on official servers, because they don’t want to’…
If you would like to join the unofficial petition to have the Living Settlements system switched off for all official servers until a proper solution can be found, and to perhaps add your voice to the continuing complaints - you can find it here.
