I am playing on a private server / player / co-op and I closed the game and restarted it and found that my character was changed to male? I initially created a girl character, why after closing the game and restarting it, my character changed to a male and originally it was a girl…! He found that all the weapons and armor that I had developed had disappeared. This is the third time the same mistake is repeated with me and I replay from the beginning because of that and lose all the progress that I reached. Please help me, I am tired a lot, I love the game and I cannot advance the game more because of the many errors that happen to me like this. Please help me

Does that happen only on that particular private server? Might be specific to that, maybe a broken databank.
Test it out on official servers - just create a character, play her to level 5 or so and see if she does the gender bender.
P. S.: Also… feeling with you for the lost character(s). Sad.

@Sarah-mechelle if you wish we can run a test together. Name your region and choose a pve official server. I will jump in to help you progress and recover in no time what you lost so far. If this thing will happen again to you I would be able to confirm it too.

Is the male character naked with long white hair?
Sounds to me like the sever admin is messin with u. Also there is another topic just started where a players thralls all turned to men, u might look that up.
The default for actors (players / thralls / npcs) is a male with long white hair.
It is a graphical glitch in which things are slow to load, so their appearance is stuck at default.
If someone has really poor connectivity, it could take a long time for the game to properly load. You would then see these long white haired men for a long time.
