That is a very poor customer service response!
Firstly, they say they CANNOT issue a refund… I find that impossible to believe. They WILL not issue one. There’s a big difference.
Secondly, it’s not a physical asset or product. Its not like you took it out of its packaging and the cost of manufacture is now lost if you hand it back!
Sorry for your experience but this is just flat out bad customer service! It makes a new player like myself very reluctant to commit spending when I hear stories like this!
