I watched your video. I am sorry mate, this sucks big time.
We all know that official servers do not grand refunds regardless the issue. But i really hope you’re the last one who experience this situation and not the beginning of a massive robbery that happened again a couple years ago from a specific troll hacker on pve pc servers.
New update is coming and some people are probably devoted to create a mess before it . At least that’s what i have witnessed all these years.

did your base decay due to the change back to normal timers ? make sure to have building only checked in the event log and take a screenshot, you said it happened 4 days prior to your last connection, how many days haven’t you played ?
I had much the same problem. Benches and chests all looted. And of course, all I know is that it was “Another player”, because being able to identify someone who is obviously cheating (you can’t access benches on a PvE Conflict server, and nothing was decayed) might hurt their feelings, or some such nonsense.
