Lost knowledge, all sorcery progress

I have lost items, knowledge points and skills, and all sorcery progress (as of I never started sorcery). I’d like it rolled back to before I lost everything.

I attempted to log out, it crashed, and when I signed back in, I lost everything aforementioned. This isn’t the first time.

Do you have any screenshots saved from recent plays to show you aren’t new to the server? Server number?
