Lost levels after server transfer and skill point randomly resetting in combat

Bug Description:

After exporting my char (account distonico#68341 ) from server 1115 to server 1212 client disconnected, lost my levels on the new server but kept skill points that keep resetting from time to time (even in combat)…

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Step 1 exported character from server 1115
  2. Step 2 imported character on server 1212
  3. Step 3 client disconnected while importing
  4. Step 4 lost all levels but kept skill points that reset randomly from time to time
