Hello, I was playing on official server 2735 on xbox for the past couple weeks. Today when I logged off to do something else then logged back to my history menu the server was no longer recognized. So I searched for it and found it but now it no longer says 60 under player level. I click the server anyway and it loads up and wants me to make a new character. Why would it all of a sudden do this? Is there any way I can get access to my stuff? I’ve spent many days playing this game now and it would be devastating to lose everything out of nowhere.
Servers go down form time to time. There is a feature on the server screen to tell FUncom that a server is down. Use it.
Also once a day the server goes down for 15 minutes approx for maintenance.
