Lost ownwership of mount? Result of sharing the same space?

**Game mode:**Online official
Type of issue: Bug
Server type: PvP
Region: USA (East)

I do not know how accurate I can explain series of events as they snowballed.
Harvesting stone in a dry creek bed while leveling a warhorse.
Somehow managed (during combat?) to share the same space w horse.
I begin crouching, and rolling to no avail.
Horse attempts to move away automatic, did not work.
Horse on head.
At some point I removed bracelet, although at the time we were no longer joined.
On respawn the horse was found at the location of the joining.
I can interact only to take the harvested materials.
I cannot remove saddle.
Horse has not gone home as it appeared to be doing at one point.
I think the horse behaves as if it is home.
It is not “guarding” because I attacked and it did not respond, no damage.
J7 on server #1589

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.I have serious doubts about reproducing this
2.perhaps be under the horse (maybe crouching?) as it follows off a ledge (while saddled)?

new information
The horse will defend against NPC (rocknose) so the ownership is questionable as the only interaction available to me is “cancel”, “open inventory” or “stats”.
I was able to loot-but the saddle is being worn and cannot be moved.

Issue solved, thinking this needed a server reset.
Swift horse now missing for about 24hrs.
Last place I saw it was in a building where it was commanded to “guard” for purposes of unloading.
I commonly ordered the sturdy horse to same place.

Hey @Deunk

Welcome to our community and apologies for the late response.
Glad to hear your trusty steed found its way back.

The swift never made it home, nothing in the event log. Now, a level (20) fighter thrall vanished on follow with no notes in event log
