Lost temple and T4 priest for no reason at all

I have just lost my Exalted Altar of Ymir incl. my Ymir T4 priest Lot Frostspeaker for no reason at all.

Checking with a repair hammer, the foundation the temple was standing seems fine. I had upgraded to the Exalted Alter less than an hour earlier, so it simply cannot be because of neglect.

This happens to soo many people recently. I wouldn’t count on reimbursements, but the more people post about it, the harder the tech team is gonna look to fix this first.

Soo, I finally gathered up enough materials to get the final level of the Yog shrine (Abyss) build and last night I started the creation of it. I then log’d out for the night only to find that the whole thing is now missing. I checked the Event Log and: [image] You can see from the Log that the Abyss had lost stability??? huh… The foundation has been there for weeks now and none were missing when I log’d on… Those foundations have held the level 1 and 2 Yog shrines…but for some reason when…

Guess I’m not the only one then…

Y’all aren’t the only ones. Was upgrading all of my friends and I’s alters today. Jhagg Sag, Yog, Ymir, and Derketo went just fine. When I Set and Mithra, they both disappeared. Set I left to build while I went to kill more enemies. Come back to it and our t4 priest gone. So I watched the ones I still had left to see if they would disappear. Was all fine until I got to Mithra. It went from a the middle alter to poof with a bag left on the ground.

yeah, same thing happened to me and my T3 yog shrine, lost the only arch priest i had (took 2 months of farming to obtain). At first it was suggested that it might be due to mixed foundations. I checked, only one type of foundation was used.

Be happy that is only thing you have lost, we lost 99% of our base after last patch, because stability problem, which is kinda strange as everything we had was on web of fundation, so even if only 1 person would have time to log in we wouldn’t lose stuff, but we lost buildings items thralls and 4 story base made in aquilonian style which took a bit time… only thing left is fish trap and animal pen which make it weird as fishtrap was on that foundation. We are playing from OB and its 3rd time they somehow manage to mess it up

Interest. I had just upgraded my Dekerto place from T1 to T2 without any problems, just a few minutes later I upgraded the Ymir temple from T2 to T3. This apparently went well.
I then headed out to farm or explore or something, and when I got back the Ymir altar was gone.

Foundation is Sandstone square foundations, and it has stood without any problems for several weeks. I have a fully upgraded Mitra temple on sandstone square foundations, and it has stood without problems for weeks as well.

Great to hear @Ignasi, is there any possibility of having a rare T4 priest reimbursed?
To the best of my knowledge (correct me, if I am wrong), Lot Frostspeaker is a Purge only priest?

We cannot offer replacements or reimbursements as we don’t have MMO-like support for the game.
