Same, here. I’m at 16k now, which is around 2k more than what I had negative.
I wouldn’t touch them until after the bug fix patch coming in January. Look how easily they bricked people from the game, even people who only play single-player, on accident. You have to remember that Tencent isn’t beholden to the same practices that US or European publishers are.

The whole ban issue is due to a chargeback that is caused by a bug. And it has no relation to what you actually do. People who haven’t bought any coins have been affected. It either happens or it doesnt, but you can do whatever you like regardless.
In fact, if you have crom coins on your account you might not get banned EVEN if you are affected by the issue, since the chargeback wont put you into negative necessarily. Thats what happened to me.
Yeah it would be good to see a history of crom coin transactions, since otherwise there might be cases where people don’t notice this bug but it still affects them. So for bug reporting’s sake, we should be able to see the list of transactions.

When you download the third chapter of Age of War, you will see the message “Your account has been suspended due to an invalid payment. You can unsuspend your account by purchasing Conan Coins: -18,061” and can’t launch the game.

@Taka_Yoji as one of many players suffering same false ban issue i can confirm You can play single player, BUT if you launch conan offline, like throug steam in offline mode.
You will be able to play, but You will not get any acces to items You bought through bazar and battle passes, they avaiable only in online.

Easy fix. Stop buying Crom coins maybe they will wake up I am sure Tencent will.

Submitted a ticket last night late reporting my account was Crom Coin Banned to the Zendesk link, not the link in the ban notice. This morning my account was operational. Funcom’s been getting a lot of grief lately following the AoW ch 3 release, but the people doing the account fix, for me at least did a great job. Thx to them.

Got banned with the negative balance bug. Paid the “ransom” with a 1,200 battle pass on Saturday. That gave me access to my account again, at least. Still workling, keeping my fingers crossed.
Still no fix for the 1,400+ CC I had on my account before the bug, plus the 1,200 CC I additionally bought. Ticket open, no answer.
Also, still not a single word from Funcom on Steam e.g. since that one initial short statement. Seems they already have a happy time enjoying their holidays till mid-January.
And finally its monday. We must still wait hour and half until office in california will be open 8 AM?

So, Zendesk finally did reply to both my tickets, stating that the ban has been lifted and the crom coins balance is restored.
Sadly, it is not. I had the ban lifted by buying my way out. So both my old CC as well as the new purchase are still missing.
And so the tickets are back on “open” again…
Mine got an automated response that the ban was lifted but its not.So i think they are either just sending em out automated from the fix that they did on Friday and still “working” on fixing the rest manually
That are automated replies to buy times and cloud our eyes they do something.
Its like, lets auto respond copy paste few days and finally holiday!
