Lot’s of negativity for you guys to read. Thought I’d share my wife and I’s thoughts. Even without sorcery, the QOL changes breathe new life into this game. With sorcery, it’s certainly worth the Battlepass. We’re loving it. Thanks for all your hard work. We look forward to many more hours of enjoying this game, and many more seasons of content!
It isn’t the changes that stink, it is the failure to fix the game properly. My server is a mess, thralls are screwed up and there is rubber-banding from enemies. My thrall doesn’t even follow even though it says it is “following”.
I love sorcery and I’ve progressed quite well in it.

Overall after a weekend on a new private server with my friends I give the PC release an A. It has certainly been fun coming back to the exiled lands and leveling up and preparing to build my tower of sauron and try out the sorcery.
The battle pass is good IMO as are the challenges. The bazaar is fairly heavily overpriced but I just choose to not engage in most of it.
Overall - yeah I’ll throw in my appreciation to the devs for the game. I have the most hours of any game in my steam library in this one and will continue to do so.
You surely play on console or have a high end PC my girlfriend hated the change´s merely for fps drops, crashes, pink stuff, requiring more space in the base to build theevery bench and her beloved bear was cut from 5400 to 3300 h. pretty bad tbh
