Mace Nortis from warmakers dungeon do not add the bonus it should

when equipping the legendary mace Nortis (obtained from the ancients in the warmakers dungeon) it does not add the buffs it has in its description.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.kill the ancients
2.obtain NORTIS (mace)
3.equip it
4.aaaaand nothing happens!!!

In support of Ragnaguard’s post, I spawned the Nortis in solo and got the same results. Although the shot below depicts an add to Survival and Encumbrance, it was not applied.
