Make it impossible to build near non-clan players during raid times

Hello,

A easy strategy in PVP is to simply build foundations near enemy players to trap them or annoy them during raids.

Please make a non-build zone near non-clan players to make this unrealistic and unfun strategy null.
Ideally this would be active only during raid PVP times.

Opinions ?
