So you not only are aware of the state of -PVP- but you also make fun of us by reducing Spear frame by one.
The Stamina Regen changes are good, I give you that…Oh wait right I forgot, you went back to a perfectly balanced system that you changed for no reason.
If I was in charge of Funcom I’d give you the worst punishmen I could give you all, having to play your -OWN- game outside of Local Coop or Singleplayer.
Funcom dev train of thought : Remove a feature such as grey stam, revamp it into a broken PoS, watch people hate it for more than 2 years, then give it back and label it NEW.
EDIT: The spear change genuinely does feel like a massive spit in the face to those of us that have stuck around waiting for some kind of good news to come for the future of spear and just PvP as a whole.
Its only 1 frame if you hit. If you miss, it is still 9 frames.
So realistically its 0,5 frames
