Using Mass “cull” does not harvest bushes of any kind, that includes berry bushes.
Can recreate every time.
Test servers don’t have numbers.

Use mass “cull”.
Really just what did you all change to screw this up? It’s already bad enough calling it a “cull” when it’s just a harvest.
