Medium armor more expensive then heavy?

So what do yall think i just noticed that for a set of medium armor its 140 hardend leather but for heavy its only 105 hardend leather so its more expencive for medium is worse if u are on a horse cuz u die in 6 hits (40 str 50 vit) but with heavy its 8 hits (40 str50 vit) but then in medium your stam regen is faster since 2.2 so whitch armor should i use?
