Well, now that the game has a precedent of knowledge shared between characters across the whole player account (ie. the Battle Pass and Bazaar recipes - and I guess the Atlantean sword and Royal armor since day 1 now that I think about it), it wouldn’t be entirely out of the question to have some feats unlocked via gameplay to be similarly treated.
Emotes is one such case. Currently, there’s no way to learn all emotes on the Isle of Siptah. They’re purely cosmetic and have no effect on gameplay (except for sitting/prone thralls taking some extra time to react to danger), so unlocking them once wouldn’t feel like an exploit. After all, those emotes I bought from the Bazaar are available to all of my characters.
Similarly, as little use as they have, cooking recipes are also not available on Siptah, except as random schematics alongside ~200 others. Here I’m a bit more reluctant to make them just freely available to new characters, because some foods do make surviving in extreme regions easier, and finding those recipes is part of the journey.
Weapon and armor recipes, we can probably agree that those should not be transferred. It’s easy enough to get endgame gear as a new character without being able to craft them along Noob River.
