Problem: Bug

My level 51 character has just had to run away from a Shaleback King due to the boss healing itself faster than I could inflict damage (with a Cimmerian Axe and throwing axe combo)! In the process I also lost my follower ( a red shaleback that I’ve had for the past year 
).
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Pass near to a King Shaleback
2. Be attacked by said boss.
3. Fight the boss. Lose Follower to boss.
4. Have to run away because the boss is healing faster than the damage inflicted.
