Miss objects in the bar, sometimes the objects dissapear in the action bar, in this image i have a javelin and i cant use.

i dont use any mods

i dont use any mods, but it happened witho different objets, not javelin alone

Which other objects have you observed disappearing from your hotbar, and how did they disappear?
