Tried refreshing, and doinig the dungeons multiple times; i’ve never gotten the bosses to spawn.

For the wolf-brothers: no wolfmen spawn after the first puzzle door
same in Asylum of the Outsiders, no boss at the end
going ghost and then walking seems to trigger the spawns.
Be careful: if you missed a lot of spawns earlier, you may be surrouneded quickly
