For the latest update, you changed character customization code. in doing so, modded heads and skin color no longer get loaded. please either revert the change, or find a way to create compatibility with the old system. the mods i use no longer get updated, and i lack the skills to fix it myself.

Your only recourse is to remove or replace those mods.
It is not Funcom’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with out of date or abandoned mods. Nor should it be.

Nor is it their responsibility to provide compatibility with current mods. It is solely up to the mod author to keep their mods up to date and you use mods at your own risk. However, there is a mod discord server where you might be able to commission a modder to update the mod you want (for a price). Best of luck to you.
