In the admin console i can spawn

Werk of the lost tribe
in the game, they dont seem to exist
am i missing something?
Also, it seems impossible to craft epic perfected hyperborean, literally no npc can craft it, i spawned them all.
end goal is to craft either
epic perfected Hyperborean
Epic Perfected Cimmerian
right now, i can only craft the exceptional version.
