Missing Ghosts in Noob River Area

There are issues of a few missing “ghosts” in the noob river area. Some locations you hear the ominous “ghost sound” only to find nothing. For example, near where you can first encounter a Black Hand camp, there is the Courtesan ghost. But shes not showing up. Only the sound and the sometimes easy to miss diary.
