Bug Description:

Missing NPC Audio

Bug Reproduction:

  1. Go talk to Jamilla, the Pirate Queen sitting in a throne on the top of a tented camp near Buccaneer Bay in the Jungle Area who sells something for pearls;
  2. She starts talking with subtitls rolling but no audio coming
  3. Same with Thorgar the Ghost Blacksmith in the Mounds of the Dead. Subtitls rolling, no audio.
