Many of the plants are invisible or (for trees) are missing some graphics features. Such as: Hops, leavening agent, any grass, leaves on certain trees, regular plant fiber plants. I know they are invisible as I can still harvest them. - occasionally the plants have reappeared later but I do not know how.

Its worse on Siptah than EL but EL has its moments (usually in the planters)
I think that making the game load a lot by moving around a lot, it seems to load everything.
