I have right clicked it, and nothing happens, thought I ruined it maybe, so bought another, same thing, it’s not working.
just uses a spot in my inventory
It’s a pick up and right click on original key normally to make a copy.

I was just right clicking the Duplicator 
, and not ‘on’ original key
bit embarrass now , was about to send a bug report, glad I held off till a few more attempt
what I ended up doing to solve my problem was team (since they were just within being able to team with) and update team
