Thanks for the detailed description, sounds interesting and very very very cool looking. Personnally i would go for the effect of the staff eventhough the effect of snakebite is supposed to fit my playstyle better.
You might need to find an other effect for corruption to be relevant in PVE. i bet most of your mod users are playin PVE.
Same thing for “tenderizer”, it can be really good in PVP i guess but in PVE…
No worry mate i know it’s hard to make everyone happy, especially when the game has 2 different playstyles with PVP/E. Anyways now that uou have given us this very precise description i’m sure people will look at this update even closer. I’m just giving feedback you’re certainly already aware of.

i undersand 100%, that’s why i was more towards 6-8 % but MOST of the mods users would prefer 10% i guess,
the current spawn rate at the ship is ridiculously low right now for ex and as much as i like hunting rare things, this rate is def not ok (or not for me at least) especially for specific named armorers and their unique recipes as you well pointed out.
Yeah, just my personal preference, except for the base game 1% (or less!) flawless armorers which I would argue is objectively bad design. By all means have super rare ones, just don’t force people to grind for ludicrous amounts of time simply so they can get the best version of the armor they like.
Randomly (or by grinding) capturing a rare thrall who makes something unique and interesting would be exciting and fun. Say an epic unique helmet or whatever. If people want to grind for something like that, let them enjoy the hunt. But don’t gate the best versions of the standard armor sets behind a massive grind wall. I mean, just why?

My home server admin is willing to consider running mods, but only after the automatic mod download feature is implemented and starts working.

Big update today with some little fixes :
- Added bleed debuff on last javelin light attack combo
• Added glowing light on Star Metal pickaxe
• Added burning debuff on Fire Arrows
• Any Cimmerian armorer lvl 3 can craft Exceptional Barbarian armor
• Any Cimmerian armorer lvl 4 can craft Flawless Barbarian armor
• Any Lemurian armorer lvl 3 can craft Exceptional Ancient King armor
• Any Lemurian armorer lvl 4 can craft Flawless Ancient King armor - Deathbringer axe and Lemurian Greataxe are now visible into the admin panel.
And now the big part :
• New religion : Xotli :
When you know the Obsidian Feats from the volcano dungeon, you can use the Keystone in the volcano forge to get the « Favor of Xotli ». When used, this item give you the Herald of Xotli Feat.
Xotli Altar : here you can craft demonic items, like meat to have a chance to change a panther cub to Demonic beast. You can craft enchanting bench and enchanting material like Alkahest, Burning souls to help you to enhance legendary weapons power. You can also make a Dark Ritual to become a demon and every time you craft something in this altar you get Zeals and you will be able to craft the powerfull Age of Conan inspired 2h sword : Xolti Shard.
Enchanting table : here you can put materials from the Xotli altar and any melee legendary weapons (no bows, no shields) to improve their power. When running the table that consumes Burning Souls. Every attempt to enchant requires an Alkhaest. If the enchantment is a success your legendary weapon is improved by +1 (damage +1, armor pen +1%) up to a maximum of +6. With enchantments, the weapon emits a glow more and more intense. If the enchantment fails, you just loose the Alkahest.
Finaly you can dismantle a legendary +6 weapon in the table to repair the Xotli Shard, even if the sword is completely broken.

A question though: does it only work with the vanilla legendaries? We are using warrior mutator that comes with a new set of legendary items. I guess they cannot be enchanted?
Yes only vanilla legendaries. To make a legendary from +1 to +6, I need the primary weapon and then create 6 copies of the item and edit damage, armor pen, name, glowing effect, icon and then create 6 new recipes for the enchanting table. I dont have other mods files, so I cant do this with warrior mutator or any other mod.

Funcom take note please. One person and he has fixed just about all of the problems you all created. Maybe fire some people in office and hire this man instead. Seems like you could save yourself alot of money. Or hell just copy his mod and make it your game. With his permission if course.

Mods in general cannot be used on official servers in any capacity. This particular mod can be used on a private server though as far as I’m aware.
Can verify, I’m running it on my private server with no issues that I know of.
